Feature Todos

Tasks that stay out of your way.

Lightweight task management with due dates, priorities, and a calm interface. Capture tasks fast, clear them faster.

The list, redone

Everything a task list needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Stelo's todo view is intentionally minimal. Type, set a date, pick a priority | done. The focus stays on getting things done, not managing the system.

Features

Built for speed.

Quick capture
Add a task in seconds with the global shortcut or one-tap button. Natural language parsing understands "tomorrow" and "this Friday".
Due dates
Set due dates with a clean date picker. Overdue tasks surface automatically at the top of your list each morning.
Three priorities
High, medium, low. Enough signal to sort your day without the complexity of elaborate tagging systems.
Completion history
Every completed task is logged. Look back at what you shipped last week, last month, or since you started.
Calendar overlay
Tasks with due dates appear on your Stelo calendar alongside habits. One view, the full picture.
Focus mode
Run a Pomodoro session alongside your task list. When the timer ends, the task is waiting | one less context switch.
Priorities explained

Three levels. Clear enough.

High
Needs to happen today. Stelo surfaces high-priority tasks first in every view.
Medium
Important but not urgent. Appears after high-priority items in your daily list.
Low
Nice to do. Kept visible but never in the way. Great for someday / maybe tasks.
Clear your list. Keep your calm.
Free forever. No credit card needed.
