Stelo is a calm productivity app that brings habits, todos, and a Pomodoro focus timer into one place. Yes, it is genuinely free | the free plan includes up to 3 habits, unlimited todos, the core Pomodoro timer, calendar view, and social features. No credit card required, no hidden limits on the free tier. Stelo+ is an optional upgrade that unlocks more habits (up to 20), premium themes, custom Pomodoro durations, and the session heatmap.
Stelo is available on iOS, Android, Web (browser), macOS, and Windows. Your data syncs automatically across all your devices when you are signed in. You can start on the web at app.steloapp.io without downloading anything.
Open app.steloapp.io and tap "Create account". Enter your email address and you will receive a one-time code (OTP) to verify it. Once verified, choose a display name and you are in. No password to remember.
The free plan supports up to 3 active habits. Stelo+ raises this cap to 20 habits. We recommend starting with fewer habits anyway | research consistently shows that tracking 2 to 3 focused habits is more effective than tracking everything at once.
Yes, missing a day resets your streak for that habit. Your previous best streak is always preserved. We designed it this way intentionally | the "protection" is the motivation. If you find yourself resetting frequently, that is a signal to revisit whether the habit frequency is right for you.
Yes. When creating or editing a habit, you can set it to "Every day", specific weekdays (e.g. Monday, Wednesday, Friday), or weekends only. A habit only appears in your daily list on its scheduled days, so your ring and streak only count days when the habit was actually due.
Stelo+ is a subscription available monthly or yearly (yearly saves ~40%). Billing is handled securely by RevenueCat and Stripe | we never store your card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page inside the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you are unhappy with Stelo+ within 14 days of your first purchase, contact us at hello@steloapp.io and we will issue a full refund | no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Go to Settings in the app and scroll to the bottom | there is a "Delete account" option. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days. If you have an active Stelo+ subscription, please cancel it first. You can also request deletion by emailing support@steloapp.io.
We do not sell your data | ever. We do not have an advertising business. Your habit data, task data, and usage data are stored securely on Supabase servers and are only used to provide you with the Stelo service. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
